03 — How I work
How I work
My jam is working on complex systems, breaking them into pieces and then simplify, simplify, simplify.
I'm a visual, systems thinker. I like to lay out all the pieces of the puzzle and arrange them bit by bit until they click. I'm not the kind of designer who likes to have everything perfected before sharing. Iteration and early feedback are core parts of my process. I'd rather put something rough in front of people early to validate direction than waste effort perfecting the wrong thing.
I'm very hands-on. Happy to work closely with PMs on PRDs or engineers on a technical constraint. I value stakeholder feedback, and I'll challenge it before it ships. Design is only as good as the team behind it, so I bring everyone along for the ride.
