How I work

Anavi Kajla, standing on a street in San Francisco.

I love to work on complex systems, break them into pieces and then simplify, simplify, simplify.

I'm a visual thinker so when tackling a messy problem, I love to lay out all the pieces. It helps me make sense of the problem space, explore ideas and get something off the ground to show stakeholders.

I'm not the kind of designer who likes to have everything perfected before sharing. I'd rather put something rough in front of people early to validate direction than waste effort perfecting the wrong thing.

I'm very hands-on so I can work closely with PMs on PRDs or engineers on technical constraints. I strongly value stakeholder feedback but not afraid to push back on it.

If I sound like someone you'd like to work with, please get in touch!
